Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Service Executives members (CHE / FCCHSE) to 12.5 MOC I credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to September 13, 2010 will be refunded in full, less $100 administration fee + HST. NO refunds after this date. Substitutions will be honoured if provided in writing. Fees include: 2-day conference – plenary and breakout sessions. Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks both days.
